How do I pay?

QRIS, BCA Virtual Account, BNI Virtual Account, or cash on delivery. Details appear once you choose at the payment step.

How long do I have to pay?

2 hours. Orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically and their sizes released to other buyers.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, where the courier offers it. Please have the exact amount ready.

Which size fits me?

See the Size guide, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Is the stock real?

Yes. Remaining stock is shown as it is. Sold-out pieces can return, and they are listed under Back in Stock.

Do I need an account?

No. With one, your orders and addresses are saved so the next checkout is faster.

Have a coupon code?

Enter it at the address & shipping step. Some coupons have conditions (a minimum spend, or first-time buyers only) that are checked at payment.
